 Approved Asbestos Contractor

Asbestos Abatement Services:

AEC has performed Asbestos Abatements for various Contractors, School Systems, and Residential Properties.  Our Services include removing Termal System Insulation (TSI), Flooring Materials and Mastics, Ceiling Tiles, Wall Coverings and Joint Compounds, and Asbestos Demolition Projects.  AEC's staff members are fully Certified as Asbestos Contractors/Supervisors.
 
 
Fungal and Microbial Remediation Services:

• Fungus and Mold Remediation Services 
• Water Damage Assessments and Restoration      

AEC's staff members are certified in Mold Assessment and Remediation Services and AEC is a Certified Mold Remediation Contractor. AEC has performed mold services for both commercial and residential properties.  AEC performs mold remediation following EPA recommended guidelines and New York City Dept of Housing Mold Remediation in Schools and Commercial Buildings Guidelines.
